Horizons Kindergarten Best in Customer Service
The International Kindergarten Horizons was awarded the prestigious Best in Customer Service Award at the Sheraton Hotel. The award is the first national competition to reward organizations that demonstrate excellence in customer service in Croatia. Organizations compete against one another and are evaluated against five criteria: (1) Service Leadership; (2) Service Culture; (3) Service Positioning; (4) Service Relationship Marketing; (5) Service Recovery. The purpose of the award is to promote excellence, best practices, leadership and innovation.
“The Best in Costumer Service Award means a lot for us since it is positive feedback for our work. We are always trying to have a cooperative relationship with the parents of our children. Parents are the child’s first educators and have valuable knowledge of their children, which we want to build upon. Each teacher is responsible for a small group of children to ensure that each child’s progress is monitored carefully“, says Milena Prodanić Tišma, Principal of Kindergarten Horizons.
The Best in Customer Service Award was administered by Vita Communications and supported by the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia and the American College of Management and Technology.
